We got into groups and read a story named Scruffy. Then we wrote problem and solution about the story and how he treated the pups. I learned that Scruffy was a wild wolf and not good at hunting for food but he was good at babysitting the pups.
We worked on reading stations for four days. It was a lot of work because there was a lot of work to do. But when we finished the work there was a Jeopardy game to play on the Smart Board that reviewed irregular verbs.
We did reading groups with Ms. Leake, Mrs. Fortney, and Mrs. Linstead and there were about six people in each group. We read short stories that were a half point and 5 questions long.
Thursday morning we went to an assembly that had a loud drummer. It was awesome because we got to stand up and sing along with him. He showed us how to play several different types of drums.
